生化检验全程中质量控制管理方式及应用意义分析

Analysis of Quality Control Management Methods and Application Significance in the Whole Process of Biochemical Inspection

目的探讨分析生化检验全程中质量控制管理方式及应用意义。方法选择我院收治的74例需要进行生化检验的患者作为研究对象,这些患者的纳入时间为2018年6月至2019年6月,随机将患者分为对照组和观察组,两组各37例,其中对照组患者在进行检查中实行常规管理,观察组在检查中实施质量控制管理,在检查后对检查的质量评分和出错率进行比较。结果通过对相关的检查数据进行整理分析,与对照组相比观察组在检查过程中的质量评分更高,出错率更低。两组结果差异明显(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论对生化检验进行全程的质量控制管理,可以有效起到管理效果,提高检查质量,降低出错率。

Objective Discussion and analysis of quality control management mode and application significance in the whole process of biochemical test.Methods The 74 patients who needed biochemical examination in our hospital were selected as the research objects.The enrollment time of these patients was from June 2018 to June 2019.The patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.For example,the patients in the control group performed routine management during the examination,and the observation group implemented quality control management during the examination.Compare the quality score and error rate of inspection after inspection.Results Compared with the control group,the quality of the observation group in the inspection process was higher and the error rate was lower.The result of the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.Conclusion The whole process of quality control management of biochemical inspection can effectively achieve management effect,improve inspection quality and reduce error rate.
