舒适护理在改善慢性支气管炎患者生活质量及提高护理效果和护理满意度中的作用

The Role of Comfortable Nursing in Improving the Quality of Life,Nursing Effect and Satisfaction of Patients with Chronic Bronchitis

目的探讨对慢性支气管炎患者行舒适护理干预后对其生活质量及对护理效果和满意度的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2019年3月于我院内科治疗的慢性支气管炎患者46例,将其随机分为常规组和实验组,每组各23例。常规组行常规护理干预,实验组行舒适护理干预。分析两组患者的护理效果,护理干预前后生活质量的评分情况及对护理工作的满意度情况。结果实验组患者护理效果优于常规组(P<0.05);护理干预后实验组生活质量中躯体疼痛的评分低于常规组,生理功能、精神状况及活力的评分均高于常规组(P<0.05);实验组对护理工作的满意度高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论对慢性支气管炎患者行舒适护理干预能明显改善患者的生活质量水平,护理效果好且患者满意度高。

Objective To explore the effect of comfort nursing intervention on the quality of life,nursing effect and satisfaction of patients with chronic bronchitis.Methods 46 patients with chronic bronchitis who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to March 2019 were randomly divided into routine group and experimental group with 23 cases in each group.Routine nursing intervention was performed in the routine group and comfortable nursing intervention was performed in the experimental group.To analyze the nursing effect of the two groups,the score of quality of life before and after nursing intervention and the satisfaction of nursing work.Results The nursing effect of the experimental group was better than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).The score of physical pain in the quality of life of the experimental group after nursing intervention was lower than that of the conventional group,and the scores of physiological function,mental state and vitality were higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the experimental group with nursing work was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfortable nursing intervention can improve the quality of life of patients with chronic bronchitis,with good nursing effect and high satisfaction.
