早期综合护理用于脑梗塞患者语言与肢体功能康复中的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Early Comprehensive Nursing in the Rehabilitation of Language and Limb Function in Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的分析早期综合护理用于脑梗塞患者语言与肢体功能康复中的临床效果。方法选择本院2018年7月至2019年11月收治脑梗塞患者95例临床资料,按随机数表分为两组,对照组47例予以常规护理,研究组48例实施早期综合护理,对两组心理状态、语言与肢体功能及满意度进行比较。结果研究组护理后SAS与SDS评分比对照组低(P<0.05);研究组语言功能与肢体功能评分为(82.39±5.63)分、(66.84±8.96)分,比对照组高(P<0.05);对照组护理满意度低于研究组95.83%(P<0.05)。结论早期综合护理应用于脑梗塞患者中,可改善患者不良情绪,促进语言与肢体功能尽早康复,还能提高其护理满意度,临床上值得推广使用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of early comprehensive nursing in the rehabilitation of language and limb function in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods The clinical data of 95 patients with cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from July 2018 to November 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table.The control group received 47 routine care,and the study group received early comprehensive care.The mental status,language,physical function,and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The SAS and SDS scores of the study group after nursing were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the language and limb function scores of the study group were(82.39±5.63)points and(66.84±8.96)points,which were higher than the control group(P<0.05);nursing satisfaction in the control group was lower than in the study group 95.83%(P<0.05).Conclusion Early comprehensive nursing applied to patients with cerebral infarction can improve the patients’bad mood,promote the early recovery of language and limb function,and improve their nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of popularization in clinic.
