Orem自我护理模式对全髋关节置换术患者运动功能及生活质量的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Orem Self-care Mode on the Motor Function and Quality of Life of Patients undergoing Total Hip Replacement

目的探究Orem自我护理模式对全髋关节置换术患者运动功能及生活质量的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2018年6月于我院接受全髋关节置换术治疗的102例患者为受试对象,随机分为实验组与对照组各51例。对照组予以常规护理模式干预,实验组在其基础上实施Orem自我护理模式干预。比较两组患者术前、护理3个月后运动耐力的变化,记录出院时、随访6个月后的生活质量情况。结果术前,两组患者6WMT比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05),而护理3个月后,实验组明显高于同期对照组(P<0.05);随访6个月后,两组患者躯体自理及工具性日常评分均较出院时下降(P<0.05),且实验组降幅大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在常规护理模式的基础上采用Orem自我护理模式确可明显提高全髋关节置换术患者的运动耐力及生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of Orem self-care model on motor function and quality of life(QOL)of patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty.Methods From January 2017 to June 2018,102 patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group(n=51)and control group(n=51).The control group was given routine nursing mode intervention,and the experimental group was given Orem self-nursing mode intervention on the basis of it.The changes of exercise endurance before and after 3 months of nursing care were compared between the two groups,and the quality of life(QOL)was recorded after 6 months of follow-up.Results Before operation,the 6WMT ratio of the two groups was higher than that of the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),but after 3 months of nursing care,the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),and after 6 months of follow-up,the physical self-care and instrumental daily scores of the two groups were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the decrease of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine nursing mode,Orem self-nursing model can significantly improve the exercise endurance and quality of life of patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty.
