摘要
目的探讨人工全髋关节置换术中的手术室护理配合措施及应用效果。方法根据手术室护理配合的应用前后,将94例接受人工全髋关节置换术的患者分为析观察组(应用后)48例和对照组(应用前)46例,观察两组患者的手术治疗情况。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者的手术期间的血压、心率更加平稳,护理满意度更高,术后并发症发生率更低。结论加强手术室护理配合,能够显著提升人工全髋关节置换术的有效性和安全性。
Objective to explore nursing cooperation measures and application effect in operation of artificial total hip replacement.Methods according to data before and after application of nursing in operating room,divide 94 cases artificial total hip replacement patients into analysis group(after application)48 cases and control group(before application)46 cases.Observe surgical treatment situation.Results blood pressure and heart rate of observation group during operation was more stable,nursing satisfaction was higher,and postoperative complications incidence was lower than control group.Conclusion strengthening nursing cooperation in operating room can improve effectiveness and safety of total hip replacement significantly.
