改良呼吸道护理方法在预防颅脑外伤患者术后肺部感染中的应用研究

Application Research of Improved Respiratory Nursing Method in Prevention of Pulmonary Infection after Craniocerebral Trauma

目的在预防颅脑外伤患者术后肺部感染中使用改良呼吸道护理方法,探讨其应用价值。方法研究对象为100例颅脑外伤患者(2018年7月至2019年7月),根据护理方式不同分为常规护理组与改良护理组,对比常规护理与改良呼吸道护理护理疗效、护理满意度,对比两组住院时间、肺部感染发生率与护理前后患者血气指标改变情况。结果观察组住院时间短于对照组,肺部感染发生率低于对照组,护理后观察组各血气指标均优于对照组,总有效率明显高于对照组,护理满意度明显高于对照组,组间各项数据对比均有明显差异,P<0.05。结论改良呼吸道护理可有效预防颅脑外伤患者术后肺部感染的发生,同时有利于缩短住院时间,改善血气指标,建议推广应用。

Objective In the prevention of postoperative pulmonary infection in patients with craniocerebral trauma,the use of improved respiratory care methods to explore its application value.Methods The study subjects were 100 patients with craniocerebral trauma(July 2018 to July 2019).They were divided into routine nursing group and improved nursing group according to different nursing methods.Compared with routine nursing and improved respiratory nursing care,nursing satisfaction,comparison The hospitalization time,the incidence of pulmonary infection and the changes of blood gas indexes in the two groups before and after treatment.Results The hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group.The incidence of pulmonary infection was lower than that of the control group.The blood gas index of the observation group was better than that of the control group after treatment,and the total effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group.The nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group.There were significant differences in data comparison between the groups,P<0.05.Conclusion Improved respiratory care can effectively prevent postoperative pulmonary infection in patients with craniocerebral trauma,and it is beneficial to shorten hospitalization time and improve blood gas index.
