闭合复位经皮空心螺钉内固定与传统切开复位治疗踝关节骨折效果探讨

Effect Discussion of Closed Reduction and Percutaneous Cannulated Screw Internal Fixation and Traditional Open Reduction in Treatment of Ankle Fracture

目的分析闭合复位经皮空心螺钉内固定(MINI)与传统切开复位(ORIF)治疗踝关节骨折的临床效果。方法以我院2017年6与至2018年12月收治的96例踝关节骨折患者作为研究对象,随机分为参照组和分析组各48例,参照组采用ORIF治疗,而分析组则采用MINI治疗。统计并分析两组患者的治疗效果,对各项指标和评分进行对比。结果分析组患者的术中出血量、骨折愈合后的疼痛感和切口感染率均低于参照组,P<0.05;而两组患者的手术时间和骨折愈合所需时间以及踝关节功能情况经对比无明显差异,P>0.05。结论在踝关节骨折的临床治疗中,MINI相较于ORIF其术中出血量更少,能有效降低患者术后的切口感染率,且骨折愈合后的疼痛现象更少,与ORIF在踝关节功能上的治疗效果基本相同,相较之下,MINI在治疗踝关节骨折中具有更好的临床疗效,可推广使用。

Objective to analyze clinical effect of closed reduction and percutaneous cannulated screw internal fixation(MINI,mini plates)and traditional open reduction and internal fixation(ORIF)in treatment of ankle fracture.Methods treat 96 cases ankle fracture patients admitted in our hospital from June 2017 to December 2018 as study objects,divide them into reference group and analysis group randomly,48 cases in each.Reference group was treated with ORIF,while analysis group with MINI.Carry on statistics and analysis of treatment effect,and compare indicators and scores of two groups.Results intraoperative bleeding amount,pain and incision infection rate of in analysis group was lower than reference group(P<0.05),difference of operation time,fracture healing time and ankle joint function showed no significant between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion during clinical treatment of ankle fractures,MINI has less intraoperative blood loss than ORIF,can reduce incision infection rate effectively after surgery with less pain after fracture healing.The functional treatment effect is basically the same as ORIF.In comparison,MINI has better clinical effect in treatment of ankle fractures and can be promoted and applied.
