Application Effect of Risk Prevention and Stoppage Report in Nursing Quality Control

目的探讨风险防范堵漏报告单在护理质量控制中的应用效果。方法2018年1月至2018年12月,我院妇产科病区将风险防范堵漏报告单应用于护理质量控制当中,对比分析应用前后护理服务投诉、纠纷的发生例数分别由9次、1次下降为1次、0次,患者对护士工作满意度整体评价由92%上升至99%,医生对护士工作满意度整体评价由93%上升至98%。结果显著降低了护理服务投诉、纠纷的发生,明显提高了患者对护士工作满意度和医生对护士工作满意度,使护理质量得到了大幅度提升。结论将风险防范堵漏报告单应用于临床护理质量控制中,可有效的减少护理服务投诉、纠纷的发生,显著提高患者对护士工作满意度和医生对护士工作满意度,从而达到了提高了临床护理质量,为患者提供安全优质护理服务的目的。

Objective To explore the application effect of risk prevention and stoppage report in nursing quality control.Methods From January 2018 to December 2018,the Department of gynecology and obstetrics of our hospital applied the risk prevention and plugging report sheet to the nursing quality control.Before and after the application,the number of nursing service complaints and disputes decreased from 9 times and 1 time to 1 time and 0 time respectively.The overall evaluation of patients’satisfaction with nurses increased from 92%to 99%,and the overall evaluation of doctors’satisfaction with nurses increased from 93%to 98%.Results Significantly reduced the occurrence of complaints and disputes in nursing services,significantly improved patients’satisfaction with nurses’work and doctors’satisfaction with nurses’work,and greatly improved nursing quality.Conclusion The application of the risk prevention report sheet to the clinical nursing quality control can effectively reduce the complaint of nursing service and the occurrence of disputes,improve the patient’s job satisfaction to nurses and the doctor’s job satisfaction to the nurses,thus achieving the purpose of improving the quality of clinical nursing and providing safety and quality care service for the patients.
