摘要
目的观察探究半胱胺酰白三烯(CysLTs)在腺样体肥大(AH)患儿中的表达特点。方法选取我院2018年1月至2019年5月收治的AH患儿100例作为研究对象分组。根据不同并发症分为三组。A组:AH并存反复呼吸道感染组;B组:AH并存慢性鼻窦炎组;C组:阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停组。同时以20例反复感染性扁桃体炎的扁桃体组织作为D组。采取免疫组织化方学标记法观察半胱胺酰白三烯受体1(CysLTR1)在三组不同并发症腺样体肥大患儿中的表达情况。结果①实验组A、B、C的CysLTR1表达与对照D组比较,明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②实验组80例患儿再按严重程度区分,分为中度30例和重度50例,组织中CysLTR1滴度和腺样体肥大程度呈正相关(P<0.05)。③组间两两比较,B组CysLTR1水平较A、C组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CysLTR1是参与腺样体肥大的重要的炎症因子之一,在各组腺样体组织中均有表达,合并慢性鼻窦炎患儿腺样体组织中CysLTR1表达显著提高。腺样体肥大程度不同,CysLTR1在腺样体中的表达情况不同,腺样体肥大程度越高,CysLTR1的表达越显著(P<0.05)。CysLTR1的表达与AH患儿的不同合并症及肥大程度密切相关,表明炎症介质半胱胺酰白三烯参与了AH发病。
Objective To investigate the expression of CysLTs in children with adenoidal hypertrophy(AH).Methods One hundred children with ah admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to may 2019 were selected as the study group.According to different complications,the patients were divided into three groups.Group A:ah with recurrent respiratory tract infection.Group B:ah with chronic sinusitis.Group C:obstructive sleep apnea.At the same time,20 cases of tonsillitis were treated as group D.The expression of CysLTR1 in three groups of children with adenoid hypertrophy was observed by immunohistochemistry.Results①The expression of CysLTR1 in experimental group A,B and C was significantly higher than that in control group D(P<0.05).②Eighty children in experimental group were divided into moderate 30 and severe 50 according to the severity,and the titer of CysLTR1 was positively correlated with the degree of adenoid hypertrophy(P<0.05).③The level of CysLTR1 in group B was higher than that in group A and C(P<0.05).Conclusion CysLTR1 is one of the important inflammatory factors involved in adenoid hypertrophy,which is expressed in adenoid tissues of all groups,and significantly increased in adenoid tissues of children with chronic sinusitis.The expression of CysLTR1 was different in adenoids with different adenoid hypertrophy.The higher adenoid hypertrophy was,the more significant CysLTR1 expression was(P<0.05).The expression of CysLTR1 is closely related to the different complications and hypertrophic degree of AH,indicating that the inflammatory mediator cysteinyl leukotriene is involved in the pathogenesis of AH.
