解析中医辨证施护对慢性浅表性胃炎患者生活质量的影响

Analysis of the Effect of TCM Syndrome Differentiation and Nursing on the Quality of Life of Patients with Chronic Superficial Gastritis

目的解析慢性浅表性胃炎患者采用中医辨证施护对其生活质量的影响。方法选择2018年9月至2019年9月于我院消化科治疗的慢性浅表性胃炎患者74例,按随机数表法分为对照组(n=37,采用常规护理)和实验组(n=37,采用中医辨证施护)。分析两组患者护理前后生活质量变化情况。结果护理前两组患者心理健康、生理健康、环境适应、社会关系评分无显著差异(P>0.05),护理后,实验组患者心理健康、生理健康、环境适应、社会关系评分高于对照组,数据差异显著(P<0.05)。结论慢性浅表性胃炎患者采用中医辨证施护可以有效纠正疾病症状,改善其生活质量,在临床工作中具有实施与推广意义。

Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical nursing on quality of life in patients with chronic superficial gastritis.Methods From September 2018 to September 2019,74 patients with chronic superficial gastritis treated in digestive department of our hospital were randomly divided into control group(n=37,routine nursing)and experimental group(n=37,treated with dialectical nursing of traditional Chinese medicine).The changes of quality of life(QOL)of the two groups before and after nursing were analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in mental health,physical health,environmental adaptation and social relationship score between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the psychological status of the patients in the experimental group was not significantly different from that in the experimental group(P>0.05).Conclusion The dialectical nursing of chronic superficial gastritis patients can effectively correct the disease symptoms,improve their quality of life,and has the significance of implementation and promotion in clinical work.
