儿科护理管理中风险防范式护理的应用价值分析

Application Value Analysis of Risk Prevention Nursing in Pediatric Nursing Management

目的针对儿科的质量护理管理中采取相关风险防范护理的策略和其产生的效果进行调查和分析。方法抽选本院在医护中心集中养育治疗的120例脑瘫等先天性疾病患儿,并将这120例患儿平均分成两个组类,即参照组和研究组。针对参照组的60名患儿,应用普通的护理措施,针对研究组的60名患儿,在采取普通护理措施的基础上,追加相关风险的防范护理手段,对研究组和参照组的患儿分别产生的相关护理效果进行观察和比较。结果研究组和参照组的患儿在通过施行有效的护理以及治疗之后,对比研究组和参照组两组患儿的相关护理效果得出,研究组的患儿总有效率是95.1%,显效的几率是71.1%,参照组的患儿总有效率是73.2%,显效的几率是55.4%。研究组的患儿相关护理效果要显著好于参照组的患儿。结论在儿科的质量护理管理当中,施行有关风险防范护理措施能够显著提高患儿的治疗效果,降低患儿的死亡几率,值得在医学临床上进行推广和应用。

Objective to investigate and analyze strategies and effect of risk prevention nursing in quality nursing management of pediatrics department.Methods choose 120 cases congenital diseases children including cerebral palsy in our hospital,divide them into two groups,reference group and research group.60 cases in reference group were treated with routine nursing measures,and 60 cases in study group with related risk prevention nursing measures,on the basis of routine nursing measures.Observe and compare related nursing effects of study group and reference group.Results after effective nursing and treatment,compare related nursing effect of children in study group and reference group.Total effective rate of study group was 95.1%,showing effect rate was 71.1%,total effective rate of reference group was 73.2%,and showing effect rate was 55.4%.Nursing effect of study group was significantly better than that of reference group.Conclusion in quality nursing management of pediatrics department,related risk prevention nursing measures can improve treatment effect of children significantly,reduce death rate,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical medicine.
