1例首发精神分裂症患者采取个案管理的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Case Management in a First-episode Schizophrenic Patient

精神分裂症是我国临床较为常见的一组病因未明确的重性精神病,临床表现较为复杂,涉及情感、思维、感知等多个方面,具有病情迁延、病情易反复发作的临床特点。发病后不仅会给患者家属带来沉重的心理负担,也会给社会带来一定程度的经济负担[1]。长期以来,系统化、规范化的药物治疗一直是我国临床治疗精神分裂症的首选方法,多数患者通过接受药物治疗能够获得良好疗效。由于受医疗水平、医疗资源等多种因素的影响,现阶段对于症状较轻的精神分裂症患者,多不建议在医院接受治疗,社区逐渐成为精神分裂症患者接受治疗的主要场所,该类疾病患者的社区管理也逐渐引起重视。研究表明,在社区精神分裂症患者中应用积极式个案管理服务模式可以明显改善患者的精神病性症状、有效提升患者的生活质量。

Schizophrenia is a group of severe mental disorders with unclear etiology.Its clinical manifestations are complex,involving emotion,thinking,perception and other aspects.It has the clinical characteristics of protracted illness and easy to recur.After the onset of the disease,it will bring not only heavy psychological burden to the families,but also a certain degree of economic burden to the society[1].For a long time,systematic and standardized drug therapy has been the preferred method for clinical treatment of schizophrenia in China.Most patients can obtain good curative effect by receiving drug treatment.Due to the influence of medical level,medical resources and other factors,at this stage for patients with schizophrenia with mild symptoms,it is not recommended to receive treatment in hospitals.Community has gradually become the main place for patients with schizophrenia to receive treatment.Community management of patients with schizophrenia has also gradually attracted attention.Research shows that the application of positive case management service model in community schizophrenia patients can significantly improve the psychiatric symptoms of patients,and effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
