非一线护理人员新型冠状病毒防护知识的认知调查 被引量:4

摘要 目的了解非发热门诊和非隔离病房等护理人员新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情相关的心理压力情况以及对防护知识的认知水平。方法采用线上自填式问卷调查的方法,调查内容包含4个部分:基本情况,疫情相关压力,疫情的了解和应对态度和新型冠状病毒肺炎知识问答。结果非一线护理人员受到所在医疗机构等级、职称、学历及工作年限的影响,对新型冠状病毒的流行病学和防护相关知识不足,对和自身防护密切相关的内容感到较大心理压力,接受相关防护课程或培训可以降低压力,压力直接影响工作态度与行为。结论在新发突发传染病疫情时期,应当重视非一线护理人员,积极的组织学习有助于降低压力,提高认知水平,降低院内感染。 Objective To investigate the stress on coronavirus disease epidemic and awareness level of protec-tion in non-fever outpatient clinic and isolation ward,which can provide a reference for nursing management during the outbreak of new infectious diseases. Methods An online self-filling questionnaires survey was conducted,which included four parts:"basic situation","outbreak related pressure", "understanding and coping attitude of new coronavirus" and "knowledge and answers of new coronavirus". Results Under restrictions by the levels of medical institutions,the professional title,educational background and working fixed number of year,the awareness level of protection among "non-front line of anti-epidemic nurses" is deficient,as well as feel greater psychological pressure on the protection which is closely related to the content itself,but to accept relevant protective course or training can reduce stress,which directly affect the work attitude and behavior. Conclusion During the epidemic period of a new outbreak of infectious diseases,attention should be paid to the first line of non-front line of anti-epidemic nurses. Active learning related to organizational protection can help reduce stress,improve cognition level and reduce nosocomial infection.
