目的探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎流行期间如何发挥护理质控管理效能,以顺利应对疫情给护理工作带来的挑战。方法以护理质量与安全管理委员会为支撑,从人力资源调整、疫情动态统计、病区限制性管理、加强防控物资管理、优化防控流程、加强人员培训、简化护理文书、提供心理支持等方面干预入手,合理制订和落实护理质控紧急应对策略。结果病房工作有序进行,护理人力资源利用率良好,护士职业安全得到保障,疫情防控工作有序开展。结论在新型冠状病毒肺炎流行特殊时期,充分发挥护理质量与安全管理委员会效能,能够保证新型冠状病毒肺炎的防治工作良好完成。后续可进一步完善护理应急队伍的构成、增加疫情防控在在职培训内容、建立备用应急预案体系,提高护理团队应对公共卫生事件的能力。

Objective The Strategy and Practice is discussed during the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)epidemic to play the effectiveness of the nursing quality control management system,so as to cope with the challenges posed by the COVID-19 epidemic.Methods Based on Nursing quality and safety management committee,the emergency response strategies of nursing quality control were reasonably formulated and implemented from nursing human resources,dynamic statistics of epidemic situation,restrictive management of ward,strengthening management of prevention materials,optimizing prevention and control process,strengthening nursing training,simplifying nursing documents and nursing psychology.Results The ward work was carried out orderly,the utilization rate of nursing human resources was good,the occupational safety of nurses was guaranteed,and the epidemic prevention and control work was carried out orderly.Conclusion During the COVID-19 epidemic,The Nursing quality and safety management committee can ensure the effective of prevention and cure of the COVID-19.In the future,we can further improve the composition of nursing emergency team,increase the content of nursing training for epidemic prevention and control,establish a standby emergency plan system,and improve the ability of nursing team to respond to public health events.
