After the outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19), Tongji hospital serves as a designated hospital to treat patients with COVID-19. We summarized the nursing experiences of nursing managment on the COVID-19 patients into five normalization strategies,including as standardization of admitted processes,routinization of daily care,humanization of psychological nursing,precision of emergency cooperation,informationization of continuous nursing,which served as reference for the first-line colleagues.
