新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间支援护士真实体验的质性研究

The lived experience of support nurses during the coronavirus disease 2019 outbreak:a qualitative research

目的了解新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间支援护士的真实体验,为提高护士应对疫情的能力提供参考,也为护理管理者制订更完善的护理决策提供建议。方法对9名外院支援疫情救治的护士进行访谈,运用Colaizzi 7步分析法对资料进行整理分析。结果共归纳提炼6个主题:心态变化、工作体验、社会支持、生活保障、困难与挑战、期望与需求。结论建议搭建应急人力储备梯队,合理安排人力资源,落实传染病专业护理培训,加强人文素质教育,给予心理社会支持,做好行政后勤支持,及时公开信息,提高护士应对疫情的能力。

Objective To understand the experience of nurses who supported in the front line during the coronavirus disease 2019 outbreak,aiming to provide references to improve nurses’ ability against the epidemic,and aiming to support nursing managers with advices about better decision making. Methods Nine nurses were interviewed,and data was analyzed in method of Colaizzi’s seven-step analysis. Results Six themes areas were summarized and refined,which were mentality changes,working experience,social support,life security,difficulties and challenges,expectations and needs. Conclusion Strengthening to establish backup team for emergency situation,arranging human resources properly,providing psychosocial support,humanistic literacy education and professional nursing training about infectious diseases,improving administrative logistics support and nurses’ reaction to the epidemic,and ensuring timely information disclosure are important.
