新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间护理人员心理弹性及影响因素分析

Analysis of the status and influencing factors of psychological resilience of clinical nurses in fighting against coronavirus disease 2019

目的探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间综合医院收治专区护理人员心理弹性状况并分析影响因素,为促进护士心理健康提供参考依据和干预策略。方法采用便利抽样法,选取湖北省武汉市5所三级甲等综合医院的491名新型冠状病毒肺炎收治专区护理人员,使用一般资料问卷、抑郁-焦虑-压力量表中文精简版(21-Item Depression Anxiety and Stress Scale,DASS-21)、心理弹性量表(Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale,CD-RISC)进行调查并分析其影响因素。结果综合医院新型冠状病毒肺炎收治专区护理人员心理弹性总分为(63.62±15.24)分,低于我国常模。相关分析显示专区护理人员心理弹性与抑郁(r=-0.528)、焦虑(r=-0.445)、压力情绪(r=-0.450)呈负相关(P<0.001)。多元回归分析结果显示文化程度、自评健康状况、新型冠状病毒肺炎感染防控知识掌握程度、被告知赴一线时心情、到目前为止在疫情一线工作时间、每天通过网络或者其他途径了解新型冠状病毒肺炎的信息花费时间等是影响护理人员心理弹性的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论综合医院新型冠状病毒肺炎收治专区护理人员心理弹性偏低,医院管理者应完善应急管理举措,加强相关知识培训及心理疏导,改善临床一线护士身心健康。

Objective To explore the clinical nurses’psychiatric resilience in fighting against coronavirus disease2019(COVID-19)and analyze the influencing factors,so as to provide reference and intervention strategies for promoting nurses’mental health.Methods A total of 491 clinical nurses in 5 general hospitals in Wuhan,Hubei were selected by convenience sampling method.The general data questionnaire,depression anxiety scale(DASS-21)and resilience scale(CD-RISC)were used to investigate and analyze the influencing factors.Results The total score of resilience of clinical nurses was(63.62±15.24)points,which was lower than that of our national norm.Correlation analysis showed that there was a negative correlation between psychological resilience and depression,anxiety and stress(r=-0.528,-0.445,-0.450,P<0.001).Multiple regression analysis showed resilience of clinical nurses was mainly influenced by educational level,self assessment of health,knowledge ofnovel coronavirus pneumonia infection control,the feeling of being told to the front line,the working time in the epidemic line,,and the,and the time every day to learn about COVID-19 through internet or other ways.Conclusion Clinical nurses in fighting against COVID-19 have low psychiatric resilience.Hospital managers should improve emergency management measures,strengthen relevant knowledge training and psychological counseling,and improve the physical and mental health of clinical front-line nurses.
