认知行为疗法联合家庭康复治疗对COPD 患者自我管理能力和生活质量的影响

Effects of cognitive behavioral therapy along with home-based rehabilitation therapy on self-management ability and quality of life of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的研究认知行为疗法联合家庭康复治疗对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstractive pulmmay disease,COPD)稳定期患者自我管理能力和生活质量的影响。方法选取2017年1~12月荣军医院收治并明确诊断的96例COPD患者根据护理方法的不同随机等分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在其基础之上给予认知行为疗法联合家庭康复治疗,比较两组患者心理状况、自我管理能力及生活质量的变化。结果观察组患者采用认知行为疗法联合家庭康复治疗后,焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表得分均低于对照组(t=-36.273、-6.025;P<0.05);观察组患者自我管理能力得分均优于对照组(t=-10.569、-8.416、-11.050、-22.598、-11.979、-13.717,P<0.05)。结论认知行为疗法联合家庭康复治疗能有效改善COPD患者的心理状况,提高患者自我管理能力,改善生活质量。

Objective To explore the effects of cognitive behavioral therapy along with home-based rehabilitation therapy on self-management ability and quality of life of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods 96 COPD patients admitted to Rongjun Hospital from January to December 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing care,while those in the observation group also received cognitive behavioral therapy along with home-based rehabilitation.The changes of psychological status,self-management ability and quality of life of patients were assessed and compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS were lower in the observation group than that in the control group(t=-36.273,-6.025,P<0.05),while the scores of self-management ability and quality of life were higher(t=10.569,-8.416、-11.050、-22.598、-11.979、-13.717,P<0.05).Conclusions Cognitive behavioral therapy along with home-based rehabilitation therapy can improve the mental health,self-management ability and quality of life of patients with COPD.
