基于文献计量学直肠肿瘤研究现状及热点聚类分析

Cluster analysis of current status and research hotspots of rectal neoplasms based on bibliometrics

目的探讨直肠肿瘤领域近年来的研究热点及研究现状。方法检索PubMed数据库中2015—2020年的直肠肿瘤相关文献,使用书目共现分析系统和gCLUTO软件对结果进行文献计量学和双向聚类分析。结果共检索到文献6748篇。2015—2020年每年的发文量依次为1459、1542、1341、1440、929和37篇。发文量最多的期刊为日本的Japanese Journal of Cancer and Chemotherapy,共有279篇(4.13%)。文献来源国家中以美国2301篇、英国1488篇占据前两名。文献使用语种以英语为主,英文文献共计5847篇(86.65%)。共选取了30个高频主题词,聚类分析后得到7个聚类。结论直肠肿瘤国际研究热点主要集中于新辅助治疗、病理学诊断、影像学诊断、放化疗、手术及肛管肿瘤的诊治等方面,其中直肠肿瘤的新辅助治疗、病理学诊断及影像学诊断3个方面为当前研究的核心热点。欧美国家在引领该领域研究的发展中发挥着重要的作用。

Objective To explore the current status and hotspots in the field of rectal neoplasms in recent years.Methods The literatures related to rectal neoplasms from 2015 to 2020 were searched in PubMed database,and bibliometric and bidirectional cluster analysis were carried out by using Bibliographic Items Co-occurrence Matrix Builder software and gCLUTO software.Results A total of 6748 articles were included.The annual number of publications from 2015 to 2020 was 1459,1542,1341,1440,929 and 37,respectively.Japanese Journal of Cancer and Chemotherapy from Japan had the largest number of publications,with a total of 279 articles(4.13%).Among the literature source countries,there were 2301 articles in the United States and 1488 in the United Kingdom,occupying the top two places.English was the main language used in the literature,with a total of 5847 articles(86.65%).A total of 30 high-frequency subject headings were selected,and 7 clusters were obtained after cluster analysis.Conclusion The international research hotspots of rectal neoplasms mainly focus on neoadjuvant therapy,pathology,imaging diagnostics,radiotherapy and chemotherapy,surgery,diagnosis and treatment of anus neoplasms and so on.Among them,the neoadjuvant therapy,pathology and imaging diagnostics are the core hotspots of the current research.European and American countries play a crucial role in leading the development of research in the field.
