摘要
目的初步观察T2DM患者血清人无翅型MMTV整合位点家族成员5a(Wnt5a)与颈动脉内膜中层厚度(CIMT)的相关性。方法选取2016年6月至2017年5月于苏州大学附属第一医院内分泌科治疗的T2DM患者114例,根据彩色多普勒超声结果分为T2DM合并CIMT≥1.5 mm组(T2DM+CIMT,n=58)及单纯T2DM组(T2DM,n=56),同期选取体检健康者56名为正常对照(NC)组。比较各组血清Wnt5a水平。结果NC、T2DM、T2DM+CIMT组血清Wnt5a水平依次升高[(627.48±290.94)vs(795.82±339.63)vs(1035.84±441.79)pg/ml,P<0.05或P<0.01]。Pearson相关分析显示,血清Wnt5a与年龄、BMI、SBP、DBP、FPG、HbA_(1)c、TC呈正相关(P<0.05或P<0.01),与FIns、HOMA-IR呈负相关(P<0.05)。多元逐步回归分析显示,TC、hs-CRP、FIns是血清Wnt5a的影响因素。结论血清Wnt5a可能参与T2DM及CIMT的发生发展。
Objective To explore the relationship between serum Wnt5a and carotid intimamedia thickness(CIMT)in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 114 patients with T2DM were enrolled in this study from the Endocrinology Department in The First Affiliated Hospital of Suzhou University during June 2016 to May 2017.All the subjects were divided into T2DM with CIMT≥1.5 mm(T2DM+CIMT group,n=58)and T2DM with CIMT<1.0 mm(T2DM group,n=56)according to color doppler ultrasonic testing results.Meanwhile,56 healthy subjects were selected as normal control group(NC group).Serum Wnt5a were compared among the three groups.Results Serum Wnt5a increased in turn in NC,T2DM,and T2DM+CIMT groups[(627.48±290.94)vs(795.82±339.63)vs(1035.84±441.79)pg/ml,P<0.05 or P<0.01].Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum Wnt5a was positively correlated with age,BMI,SBP,DBP,FPG,HbA_(1)c and TC(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and negatively correlated with FIns and HOMA-IR(P<0.05).Multivariate stepwise regression analysis showed that TC,hs-CRP and FIns were influencing factors for serum Wnt5a.Conclusion Serum Wnt5a may participate in the occurrence and development of T2DM and CIMT.
