京津冀城市群产业—人口—空间耦合协调发展研究 被引量:12

Study on the Coordinated Development of Industry-Population- Space Coupling in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Urban Agglomeration

摘要 通过构建城市产业—人口—空间发展指标体系,利用耦合协调度函数,分析2000—2019年京津冀城市群产业—人口—空间的整体水平以及耦合协调发展的时序特征和空间特征。从时序上看,京津冀城市群综合发展水平总体上呈现出波动中上升的趋势。从空间上看,京津冀城市群逐渐形成以北京、天津为中心,沿京唐秦和京保石发展轴蔓延的耦合协调格局。但是由于人口发展水平提升较慢,高耦合协调城市存在人口与空间耦合协调度滞后的特征,低耦合协调城市主要存在产业与人口耦合协调度滞后的问题。因此需要从系统思维进一步推进产业、人口与空间协调发展。 By constructing the index system of urban industry-population-space development and using the coupling coordination degree function,this paper analyzes the overall level of industry,population and space of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Urban Agglomeration from 2000 to 2019,as well as the temporal and spatial characteristics of coupling coordinated development.In terms of time,the comprehensive development level of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Urban Agglomeration shows an upward trend in fluctuation.From the perspective of space,the coupling coordination degree of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Urban agglomeration has been improved as a whole,gradually forming a coupling coordination pattern with Beijing and Tianjin as the center and spreading along the development axis of Jing-Tang-Qin Dynasties and Jing-Bao-Shi.However,due to the slow improvement of population development level,high coupling coordination cities have the characteristics of lagged population and spatial coupling coordination degree,while low coupling coordination cities mainly have the problem of lagged industry and population coupling coordination degree.Therefore,we need to further promote the coordinated development of industry,population and space from the system thinking.
