疫情期间大学生心理健康评估及影响因素分析——以北京市部分高校为例

Analysis of Mental Health of College Students and Analysis of Influencing Factors during Epidemic of COVID-19 ——Take Some Universities in Beijing as an Example

为刻画新冠疫情期间大学生的心理健康状况、差异化特征及影响因素,本文采用抽样调查的方法,利用症状自评量表(Symptom Checklist 90,SCL-90)作为心理健康测评工具,对北京市部分高校的228名大学生进行调查。利用独立样本t检验进行差异化比较,采用Logistic回归进行多因素分析。结果发现,新冠病毒期间大学生的心理问题检出率为15.35%,心理健康水平总体上低于国内几种常模。SCL-90各因子得分在性别、学科上存在显著差异。同时,对新冠病毒相关知识的了解程度、对新冠病毒的关注程度、对政府抗击疫情的信心程度、家庭的关心和朋友的关心对缓解心理问题具有积极影响。新冠病毒流行期间大学生的心理状况受到影响,应从家庭、高校和政府相关部门等不同方面来保障大学生的心理健康。

To understand the mental health status,differentiation characteristics and influencing factors of college students during epidemic of novel coronavirus pneumonia,Sampling survey method was used and 228 college students in some universities in Beijing were surveyed by using Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90)as a mental health assessment tool.Independent sample t-test was used for differential comparison,and logistic regression was used for multivariate analysis.The detection rate of college students’psychological problems during epidemic of novel coronavirus pneumonia was 15.35%,and their mental health level was generally lower than several domestic norms.SCL-90 factors have significant differences in gender and discipline.Knowledge of COVID-19,attention to COVID-19,confidence in the government’s fight against the epidemic,family concern and friend concern have a positive impact on alleviating psychological problems.The psychological condition of college students during epidemic of novel coronavirus pneumonia is affected,and the psychological health of college students should be guaranteed from different aspects such as families,universities and relevant government departments.
