新冠肺炎下农业上市公司粮食安全评价体系构建研究

Researchon the Establishment of Food Security Evaluation System for Agricultural Listed Companies under the COVID-19

全球性传染病的爆发直接影响各国之间的粮食贸易往来。短期来看新冠肺炎的爆发对国内粮食安全水平影响较小,长期来看仍要警惕其带来的风险。新冠肺炎下如何从促进农业上市公司发展的角度促进农业发展,保障国家粮食安全水平值得思考。在现有的研究中鲜有学者关注上市公司层面的粮食安全问题,对上市公司对国家粮食安全贡献程度的评价体系仍然空白。本文通过对A股农业上市公司粮食安全的贡献程度进行量化评价,构建农业上市公司粮食安全指数,进而形成"风险-收益-粮食安全"的投资框架,引导资金流向农业企业,促进国家农业发展,保障粮食安全。选取3项一级指标、10项二级指标、34项三级指标形成针对农业上市公司粮食安全的评价体系。创新性地从财务绩效、研发能力和社会责任履行三方面首次提出一套农业上市公司粮食安全评价体系和农业上市公司粮食安全指数。一方面为针对农业上市公司对国家粮食安全的贡献程度进行量化评价的实证研究奠定了基础,另一方面为投资者选择投资者对象提供参考,对于促进我国农业发展具有较为重要的意义。

The outbreak of a global COVID-19 directly affects the food trade between countries.In the short term,the outbreak of the COVID-19 will have less impact on the domestic food security level.In the long term,we should still be alert to the risks it brings.Under the COVID-19,how to promote agricultural development from the perspective of promoting the development of agricultural listed companies and ensure the national food security level is worth considering.Few scholars in the existing research pay attention to food security issues at the level of listed companies,and the evaluation system for the contribution of listed companies to national food security is still blank.Through the quantitative evaluation of the contribution of agricultural listed companies to food security,the food security index of agricultural listed companies is constructed,and then a"risk-return-food security"investment framework is formed to guide the flow of funds to agricultural enterprises,promote national agricultural development,and guarantee Food security.This paper selects 3 first-level indicators,10 second-level indicators,and 34 third-level indicators to form an evaluation system for the food security of listed agricultural companies.This paper innovatively proposes a set of agricultural listed company food safety evaluation system and agricultural listed company food safety index from three aspects of financial performance,R&D capability and social responsibility fulfillment.On the one hand,it lays the foundation for empirical research on the quantitative evaluation of the contribution of agricultural listed companies to national food security.On the other hand,it gives investors a reference for choosing investors,which is of great significance for promoting the development of agriculture in our country.
