摘要
本文以公共交通消费为例,利用微观调研数据,研究了公交服务和尊重需要对消费者行为的影响。研究发现:尊重需要对民众的公共交通消费行为具有显著抑制作用,公交服务具有显著促进作用;尊重需要和公交服务对通勤方式的作用在家庭最小成员年龄不同的民众中存在差异;尊重需要在女性、低学历、高收入和外地户口群体中表现更加强烈,公交服务在不同群体中效用一致。本研究的政策启示:城市优先发展公共交通战略需要关注尊重需要对民众公共交通消费行为的作用,正确引导交通消费观,同时不断提高公共交通服务质量。
Taking public transit consumption as an example,this paper studies the impacts of bus service and esteem needs on consumer behavior using micro survey data.The results of this paper show that esteem needs have the significant and negative impact on public transit use,and bus service has a significant and positive impact on public transit use.The effects of esteem needs and bus service are different among individuals with different minimum age of family members.The effects of esteem needs are stronger in the groups of female,low education level,high income and outsiders,while the impacts of bus service in different groups are consistent.The results of this study suggest that the public transit priority policy needs to pay attention to esteem needs and guide individuals to set up the correct values of the public transit.In addition,improving the quality of public transit service is beneficial.
