The integrated construction of discipline,specialty and course in applicationoriented undergraduate colleges focuses on curriculum.The core of the integration is to establish a operation mode for specialty which based on discipline and linked by curriculum.Xi’an Eurasia University has made a series of explorations which interpreted the integration of subject,specialty and curriculum.She empower grassroots academic organizations to reform from specialty management to course management,build a specialty cluster which transforming from specialty head to specialty manager,establish the center of Excellence for Teachers,transforming from the examinee to the executor of assessment.In the process of practice,Xi’an Eurasian University follow the earner-centered concept to improve the quality of education and teaching,take school strategy as the main line and through the whole integration construction,improve the internal governance structure and implement the governance model with authorization as the core.
