On the Integrative Construction of Discipline,Specialty and Course in Application-oriented University

摘要 应用型本科院校"学科—专业—课程"一体化建设重心在课程,建立基于学科、以课程为纽带的专业运作模式,是其一体化建设的核心。西安欧亚学院通过赋能基层学术组织,从"专业管理"向"课程管理"改革;立足产教融合,打造专业集群,从"专业负责人"到"专业经理"转变;保障教师队伍,建立"教师卓越中心",从"被考核者"向"考核的执行者"转变,诠释了"学科—专业—课程"一体化建设。在具体实践过程中,遵循"以学习者为中心"理念,提高教育教学质量;以学校战略为主线,贯穿整个一体化建设;完善内部治理结构,实施以"授权"为核心的治理模式。 The integrated construction of discipline,specialty and course in applicationoriented undergraduate colleges focuses on curriculum.The core of the integration is to establish a operation mode for specialty which based on discipline and linked by curriculum.Xi’an Eurasia University has made a series of explorations which interpreted the integration of subject,specialty and curriculum.She empower grassroots academic organizations to reform from specialty management to course management,build a specialty cluster which transforming from specialty head to specialty manager,establish the center of Excellence for Teachers,transforming from the examinee to the executor of assessment.In the process of practice,Xi’an Eurasian University follow the earner-centered concept to improve the quality of education and teaching,take school strategy as the main line and through the whole integration construction,improve the internal governance structure and implement the governance model with authorization as the core.
