结膜松弛症的中医体质及其与症状、危险因素的相关性

The traditional Chinese medical constitution distribution of conjunctival laxity and the correlation between constitution, symptoms and risk factors

目的研究结膜松弛症中医体质分布规律,及与症状、危险因素之间的关联规则。方法收集符合纳入标准的124名结膜松弛症患者,运用IBM SPSS Modeler14.1数据挖掘软件,分析结膜松弛症患者中医体质的分布规律及关联规则,挖掘结膜松弛症患者中医体质与症状、危险因素之间的相关性。结果结膜松弛症患者中医体质频率依次为阴虚质>气虚质>湿热质>血瘀质>阳虚质=气郁质>平和质>特禀质>痰湿质,结膜松弛症中医体质与症状关联规则14个,与危险因素关联规则10条。结论结膜松弛症中医体质以气虚质及阴虚质为主,反推该病的本质在于气虚与阴虚。中医体质与症状的关联是中医体质与症候表现相互结合诊治结膜松弛症的基础,为该病辨治提供新的评判模式;体质与危险因素的关联可指导该病的防治,是中医治未病中的"既病防变"的体现,对于指导临床从新的思维角度认识该病有重要的意义。

OBJECTIVE To study the constitutional distribution of Conjunctivochalasis and its correlation with symptoms and risk factors. METHODS A total of 124 patients with conjunctivochalasis who met the inclusion criteria while not met the exclusion criteria were collected. The distribution of TCM constitution in patients with conjunctivochalasis was analyzed by using IBM SPSS Modeler 14.1 data mining software, and the correlation between TCM constitution, symptoms and risk factors was analyzed by association rules. RESULTS The TCM constitutional frequencies in patients with conjunctivochalasis were in sequences as below: Yin deficiency constitution > Qi deficiency constitution > dampness-heat constitution > blood stasis constitution > Yang deficiency constitution = Qi stagnation constitution > peace constitution > special constitution>phlegm-dampness constitution. There were 14 assiciation rules of TCM constitution and symptoms o f conjunctivitis,10 assiciation rules of risk factors. CONCLUSIONS Yin deficiency and Qi deficiency were the major constitutions of TCM in Conjunctivochalasis, and it might indicate the nature of the disease was Yin deficiency and Qi deficiency. The relationship between TCM constitution and symptoms was the basis of diagnosis and treatment of Conjunctivochalasis by the combination of constitution and TCM syndromes of TCM, which provided a new judgment model for the treatment and differentiation of Conjunctivochalasis. Correlation of TCM constitution and risk factors was useful as references for prevention and treatment of this disease and it reflected the great TCM spirit— preventing disease from exacerbating. And it was of great significance for guidance of understanding of this disease from innovative points of view in clinic.
