Analysis on situation and characteristics of online dating among MSM

目的了解MSM(男男性接触人群)网络交友的现状和特征,分析MSM肛交多性伴行为等危险性行为的影响因素,为MSM艾滋防控工作提供新思路。方法采用滚雪球抽样法,对164名MSM进行问卷调查,问卷资料进行描述性分析和影响因素分析,单因素分析使用χ~2检验,多因素分析使用非条件Logistic回归。结果最近6个月同性性伴个数为2个及以上的有41人(25.1%),37人(22.7%)曾经使用过助性剂;163名MSM中有136人(83.4%)选择网络交友的方式寻找性伴,网络交友途径排前三的分别为同志交友软件、微信、QQ。MSM使用同志软件交友更容易有多性伴行为(OR=10.623,95%CI:1.057~100.761)和使用助性剂行为(OR=7.004,95%CI:1.496~32.788)。结论肛交多性伴行为和使用助性剂为高危性行为,增大了HIV感染风险,应与使用率高的同志交友软件合作,共同防控艾滋。

Objective To understand the present situation and characteristics of MSM online dating,analyze the influencing factors of risk behaviors,and provide new evidence for AIDS prevention and control.Methods Snowball sampling method was used in this study,and 164 MSM were surveyed by questionnaire.Descriptive analysis and influencing factors analysis were used to understand the present situation and characteristics of MSM dating methods.Results In the past 6 months,41(25.1%)MSM had 2 or more homosexual couples,and 37(22.1%)had used recreational drugs.Among the 163 MSM,136(83.4%)chose online dating to find sexual partners,and the top three online dating Apps were Gay Dating Software,WeChat and QQ.MSM who frequently used Gay Dating Software were more likely to have multiple sexual partners(OR=10.623,95%CI:1.057-100.761)and use of recreational drugs(OR=7.004,95%CI:1.496-32.788).Conclusion Multiple sexual partners and the use of recreational drugs were high-risk sexual behaviors,which increased the risk of HIV infection.Cooperation with the high-utility gay dating software should be suggested to prevent and control AIDS.
