摘要
教学和科研的关系是研究型大学教师工作中的一对基本矛盾。通过对CAP和APIKS调查数据的分析发现,2007年至2018年,研究型大学教师工作上的明显变化是越来越重视科研而忽视教学。偏好教学和偏好科研的教师比例从4∶6变成2∶8,教师每周教学工作时间均值和科研工作时间均值的比从1∶1.3变成1∶2.4,教师的学术论文产出大幅度增长,但是科研成果反哺教学不足,科研与教学的内在分裂加剧。未来,应从国家政策调整、研究型大学建立科教融合的本科人才培养模式、教师提升教学能力和教学研究能力等层面促进教学和科研相统一。
The relationship between teaching and research is a basic contradiction in the work of faculty in research universities.From the analysis of the CAP and APIKS surveys data,the obvious change of faculty’work in research university is that they have paid more and more attention to the scientific research and neglected the undergraduate-teaching from 2007 to 2018.The ratio of faculty who prefer teaching and research has changed from4∶6 to 2∶8.The ratio of faculty’average teaching time and research time has changed from 1∶1.3 to 1∶2.4.Academic paper has increased significantly,but scientific research hasn’t effectively nurtured teaching,and the internal separation of research and teaching has been aggravated.In the future,to build the teaching and research nexus,efforts should be made including that national policy should be adjusted,research universities should establish the undergraduate cultivation model of integrating research and teaching,and faculty should improve their competency of teaching and doing research on teaching.
