工科大学生学习投入与收获的关系研究 被引量:35

Research on the Relation of Engineering Students’ Learning Engagement and Outcomes

摘要 作为高等教育质量的重要利益相关者,学生的学习投入与收获直接关系着高等教育质量的好坏。结合北京某"211工程"工科高校本科生调查数据,发现基于环境投入、行为投入、认知和情感投入、认知能力收获和非认知能力收获等变量可将学生学习行为分为三类,即外力驱动型、内在驱动型和务实有效型。回归分析发现学习投入对学习收获有显著正向影响,其中行为投入、认知和情感投入是正向影响,环境投入对学习收获呈负向影响。基于上述发现,建议以有效提升课堂学习动力为基点,关注环境对学习的正向支持;通过方法指导、价值引领,促进教师和学生之间的情感联结,激发学生学习的内在驱动力,全面提升学习质量。 As an important stakeholder in the quality of higher education,students’learning engagement and outcomes are directly related to the quality of higher education.Based on the survey data of undergraduates in a"211 university"in Beijing,it is found that students’learning behaviors can be divided into three categories,namely,externally driven type,internally driven type,pragmatic and effective type,based on variables such as environmental engagement,behavioral engagement,cognitive and emotional engagement,cognitive ability outcomes and non-cognitive ability outcomes.Regression analysis shows that learning engagement take a notable impact on learning outcomes,among which behavioral engagement,cognitive engagement and emotional engagement have positive impacts,while environmental engagement has a negative impact on learning outcomes.Based on the above findings,it is suggested to take effective promotion of classroom learning motivation as the basis and pay attention to the positive support of environment for learning;through method guidance and value leading,promote the emotional connection between teachers and students,stimulate the internal driving force of students’learning and comprehensively improve the quality of learning.
