摘要
为提高系统的安全稳定运行,降低风、光发电的随机性、间歇性和波动性对配电网的影响。以微型燃气轮机、燃料电池及储能装置作为可调资源,计及配电系统的功率平衡、各可控机组的输出功率和爬坡速率等相关约束,构建以运行成本及污染气体处理成本作为目标函数,考虑综合成本的配电网多目标优化调度模型。在模型求解阶段,使用惯性权重取值、学习因子取值、粒子速度迭代公式和位置迭代公式进行改进的改进粒子群算法进行求解。通过修改的IEEE33节点系统进行算例仿真。结果表明,该算法模型使得运行成本和环境成本之间达到较好的平衡效果,使用改进粒子群算法进行计算的总运行成本相比未改进的粒子群算法下降9%,为配电网的优化运行提供新的思路。
In order to improve the safe and stable operation of the system and alleviate the influence of randomness,intermittence and fluctuation of wind and light power generation on the distribution network.Taking micro gas turbine,fuel cell and energy storage device as adjustable resources,taking into account the power balance of power distribution system,output power of each controllable unit,climbing rate and other related constraints,a multi-objective optimal dispatching model of power distribution network considering comprehensive cost is constructed with operation cost and pollution gas treatment cost as objective functions.In the model solving phase,the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the problem by using the inertia weight value,the learning factor value,the particle velocity iteration formula and the position iteration formula.The modified IEEE33-bus system is used to simulate the example.The results show that the algorithm model achieves a good balance between operating cost and environmental cost,and the total operating cost calculated by the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is reduced by 9%compared with the unimproved particle swarm optimization algorithm,which provides a new idea for the optimal operation of distribution network.
