地区金融生态环境对技术创新空间集聚的影响研究

The Analysis of Regional Financial Ecological Environment Impact on Industry Technological Innovation Agglomeration

本文运用国家知识产权局提供的我国各地区专利授权数据库,并按照国际知识产权组织的"专利IPC分类与行业技术对照表"对行业进行分类,分别计算了我国各地区2000~2012年技术创新专业化和多样化空间集聚指标。之后构建ADL模型并运用系统动态GMM的估计方法考察了地区金融生态环境,金融体系结构和地区财政政策波动对技术创新专业化和多样化空间集聚的影响。我们的研究证实了技术创新空间集聚受到地区金融生态环境和金融体系不同部分的正向影响,这种促进作用具有行业差异同时存在时滞效应和长期效应。各行业技术创新空间集聚对财政政策敏感,地区财政政策波动对不同行业不同类型的技术创新空间聚集均具有负面作用。我们的研究有利于扩展技术创新相关研究的领域,并为地区金融生态环境治理和政策优化提供有价值的参考。

Using China’s regional patent licensing database provided by State Intellectual Property Office of the P.R.C,and classifying the industries according to the"Patent IPC Classification and Industry Technology Comparison Table"of the International Organization for Intellectual Property,We have calculated specialized and diversified innovation spatial agglomeration index respectively.The two index cover the information of different regions in China in from 2003 to 2012.Constructing ADL model,the influence of regional financial ecological environment,financial architecture and regional fiscal policy fluctuation on the specialization and diversification of technological innovation is investigated by using the dynamic GMM estimation method.Our research eonfirms that the spatial agglomeration of technological innovation is positively affected by the improvement of regional financial ecological environment and the different parts of the financial system.This influence is delaying and has long-term effect.In different industries,the impact is also different.No matter where the innovation exits,technological innovation cluster is sensitive to fiscal policy.Regional fiscal policy fluctuation has a negative effect on different types of technological innovation spatial aggregation in different industries.Our research is conducive to expanding the related research field of technological innovation.At the same time,we provide valuable reference for regional financial ecological environment governance and policy optimization.
