Present Situation,Problems and Policy Suggestions of China-ASEAN Agricultural Cooperation:Retrospect and Prospect

2018年10月,《中国与东盟各国关于食品与农业合作的谅解备忘录》顺利续签,为中国—东盟农业合作谱写了新的篇章。与此同时,2018年又恰逢中国改革开放40周年、"一带一路"倡议提出5周年、中国实施乡村振兴战略第一年以及中国—东盟建立战略伙伴关系15周年。在这一特殊的历史节点上,双方的农业合作得到了更多关注,也迎来了换挡升级的难得机遇。本研究将在系统梳理中国—东盟农业合作现状的基础上,分析当前双方农业合作存在的问题,并据此提出政策建议。

In October 2018,the Memorandum of Understanding on Food and Agriculture Cooperation between China and ASEAN Countries was successfully renewed,opening a new chapter for China-ASEAN agricultural cooperation.Besides,the year of 2018 coincides with the 40 th anniversary of China’s Reform and Opening Up,the 5 th anniversary of the"Belt and Road"initiative,the first year of China’s implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,and the 15 th anniversary of China-ASEAN’s strategic partnership.At this special historical node,agricultural cooperation between the two sides has received more attention worldwide and a rare opportunity for upgrades.Based on reviewing the current situation of China-ASEAN agricultural cooperation,this paper tries to analyze some problems of agricultural cooperation between the two sides and propose policy recommendations accordingly.
