摘要
自动化关井技术与装备在应对紧急情况下的关井操作难题方面具有显著优势。对于解决关井不及时、操作效率低等问题十分有效,减少溢流量,保障钻井作业和人员安全。文章调研了国内外自动化关井技术、井控装备现状及其应用情况,包括自动化井控软件、一键关井装置和自动抢接钻具止回阀装置等,表明运用自动化关井工艺和自动化井控装备能够显著提高关井效率,规避手动关井造成的人为操作失误,并探讨了自动化关井工艺和自动化井控装备在可靠性和稳定性上存在的问题及其解决办法,以期为我国自动化井控技术发展提供思路。
Automated well shut-in technology and equipment have significant advantages in dealing with difficult shut-in operations in emergency situations,such as reducing overflow and ensuring the safety of drilling operations and personnel when solving operational problems such as delayed shut-in,high risk,and low efficiency.This article investigates the development status and application of automated well shut-in technology and well control equipment at home and abroad,including automated well control software,one click well shut-in device,and automatic grab drilling tool check valve device,the field applications show that the use of automated well shut-in technology and equipment can significantly improve the efficiency of well shut-in,avoid human operation errors caused by manual well shut-in.And this article also discusses the problems and solutions of reliability and stability in automated well shut-in technology and automated well control equipment,and then proposes suggestions for the characteristics and existing problems of automated well shut-in technology and automated well control equipment in order to provide ideas for the development of automated well control technology in China.
