居民经济安全感对地方政府信任的影响——以政策动机和政府能力为中介变量的实证分析

How Does Microeconomic Security Enhance Local Government Trust?——An Empirical Study Using Policy Motivation and Government Capacity as Intermediary Variables

改革开放以来,我国创造了经济快速发展和社会长期稳定两大奇迹。围绕两大奇迹及其蕴含的逻辑关系,本文聚焦居民经济安全感对地方政府信任的影响机制,构建了一个中层理论模型,认为居民经济安全感能够增进地方政府信任,政策动机认同和政府能力认可在这一关联关系中发挥中介作用。基于对抽样调查数据的数理实证分析,研究结果证实了居民经济安全感可以直接或通过提高公众的政策动机认同、政府能力认可增进省、市、县、乡政府信任。研究结论直观呈现了居民经济安全感对地方政府信任的作用机制,为把握经济社会发展与政治秩序稳定的内在一致性提供了新视角,为提升地方政府信任、优化政府与公众关系提供了新思路。

China's modernization has achieved two miracles:rapid industrial development and long-term social stability.Focusing on the logical relationship between the two wonders,this paper focuses on the impact mechanism of microeconomics security on local government trust,and constructs a middle-level theoretical model that believes that microeconomic security can enhance local government trust,and that policy motivation identification and government capacity recognition play a mediating role in this correlation.Based on mathematical empirical analysis of sampled survey data,the research results confirm that economic security can directly or through enhancing public recognition of policy motivation and government capacity,enhance trust in provincial,municipal,county,and township governments.The research conclusion intuitively presents the mechanism of the role of microeconomic security in local government trust,providing a new perspective for grasping the inherent consistency between economic and social development and political order stability,and providing a new idea for enhancing local government trust and optimizing government citizen relations.
