摘要
RFID(Radio Frequency Identification,射频识别)技术是PCB工厂智能化建设中必不可少的一个活跃技术元素,可用于快速识别和定位物品、物流追踪、授权管理、资产管理、门禁考勤、物品库存和出入库自动化管理等等,运用到生产管理中,可化繁为简、降本增效。文章介绍了RFID系统开发应用的思路和方法,包括软件端数据采集处理程序的开发、读写器和电子标签等硬件的选型,高频和超高频电子标签应用实例讲解,希望可以帮助现场工程师将RFID技术运用到工厂中,换个角度用新思路和新方法来解决现场疑难棘手问题。
RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)technology is an essential active technological element in the intelligent construction of PCB factories.It can be used for rapid identification and positioning of items,logistics tracking,authorization management,asset management,access control attendance,item inventory and automated management of inbound and outbound storage,etc.When applied to production management,it can simplify complexity,reduce costs,and increase efficiency.This article introduces the ideas and methods of the development and application of RFID system,including the development of data acquisition and processing program at the software end,the selection of hardware such as RFID readers and electronic tags,and the explanation of application examples of high-frequency and Super high frequency electronic tags.It hopes to help field engineers apply RFID technology to the factory,and solve difficult problems on the site with new ideas and methods from a new perspective.
