北京市某区健走活动对职业人群健康的影响 被引量:3

Effect of walking activity on the health of the working population in a district of Beijing

摘要 目的分析万步健走活动对职业人群的健康影响,为职业人群慢病防控提供依据。方法在北京市门头沟区参与2019年“万步有约”健走大赛的机关企事业单位职业人群中,纳入健走前后均参加身体健康指标收集的人员作为研究对象,共纳入研究对象183名,所有参加万步健走活动的职业人群均佩戴专用计步器,记录每天健走数据,连续健走100 d前后进行体测,收集体质量指数(body mass index,BMI)、腰臀比、基础代谢、体脂率、内脏脂肪、收缩压、舒张压等数据并进行分析。结果健走100 d每天完成万步90 d及以上的有141名,其中男性30名,女性111名,男女万步完成率和不同年龄段万步率完成情况比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。健走后,职业人群BMI、腰臀比、基础代谢、体脂率、内脏脂肪、收缩压等指标低于健走前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。舒张压改变,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。性别不同对健走前后BMI、腰臀比、基础代谢、体脂率、收缩压和舒张压改变的影响,差异均统计学意义(P<0.01)。不同年龄对健走前后基础代谢和收缩压改变的影响,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论万步健走活动对职业人群健康有改善作用,对慢病防控工作有积极的推动作用。 Objective To evaluate the health effects of 10,000-step walking activities and to provide evidence for the prevention and control of chronic diseases in the working population.Methods Among the professionals of government agencies,enterprises,and institutions participating in the 2019‘ten thousand steps about’Walking Competition in Mentougou District,Beijing,183 people were included who participated in the collection of physical health indicators before and after walking.All professional participants wore pedometers to record daily walking data.Body mass index(BMI),waist-to-hip ratio,basal metabolism,body fat percentage,visceral fat,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,and other indices were collected before and after walking.The differences between the indicators were compared.Results One hundred forty-onepeople completed 10,000 steps per day for 100 days,including 30 males and 111 females.There were significant differences in the rates of completing 10,000 steps between men and women,as well as among different ages(P<0.05).The BMI,waist-to-hip ratio,basal metabolism,body fat percentage,visceral fat,and systolic blood pressure were significantly improved after walking(P<0.05),while the effect of walking on the diastolic blood pressure had no significant effect(P>0.05).The BMI,waist-to-hip ratio,basal metabolism,body fat percentage,systolic blood pressure,and diastolic bloodpressurewere significantly affected by different genders after walking(P<0.05).Basal metabolism and systolic blood pressure were significantly affected bydifferentage groups after walking(P<0.05).Conclusion The 10,000-step walking activity can improve the health status of the working population,and has a positive role in the prevention and control of chronic diseases.
