摘要
目的:探索中药饮片耐热微生物的污染情况与组成。方法:以10个品种的中药饮片为研究对象,参照《中华人民共和国药典》2020年版征求意见稿中药饮片微生物限度检查法进行耐热菌计数,并采用16SrDNA基因高通量测序技术,进行中药饮片原材料和耐热菌培养物的微生物种群分析。结果:10个品种30批次中药饮片耐热菌检出比例为93%;中药饮片中检出的耐热菌基本均属于芽孢杆菌属,且在原饮片所包含的微生物中基本均可找到。结论:中药饮片中耐热菌的污染普遍存在,有一定安全风险,需进一步完善其微生物限度质量标准,并加强相关环节监管。
Objective:To study the compositions of heat resistant microorganisms in Chinese herbal pieces.Methods:According to the Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China 2020(draft for comments),10 varieties of Chinese herbal pieces were tested for heat resistant microorganisms counting,and the microbial population of 10 varieties of Chinese herbal pieces and their heat resistant microorganisms culture were analysed based on 16 SrDNA high-throughput sequencing method.Results:The detection rate of heat resistant microorganisms in total 30 batches of Chinese herbal pieces of 10 varieties was 93%.The heat resistant microorganisms were basically belong to Bacillus,which could be find in the raw Chinese herbal pieces.Conclusion:There were security risks science the pollutions of heat resistant microorganisms in Chinese herbal pieces were pervasive,so we shall improve the microorganism quality standard and strengthen the supervision and management of Chinese herbal pieces.
