瑶医“老班药”在骨伤科疾病中的用药规律和特色分析

The Regularity and Characteristic Analysis of “Laoban Drugs” of Yao Medicine in Orthopedics and Traumatology Department

目的:分析瑶医"老班药"在骨伤科疾病治疗中的用药规律和特色。方法:搜集近30年知网公开发表的骨伤科瑶医药方文献,筛选出"老班药",按疾病进行统计,分析方药规律和特色。结果:共搜集到122个药方,药物包含"虎"药5种(100.0%)、"牛"药7种(77.7%)、"钻"药16种(88.8%)、"风"药57种(79.1%),用药总频次为697次;治疗疾病包括坐骨神经痛等28种,风湿性疾病等7种疾病药方和药味最多;九节风等10种药物用药频次最高。结论:瑶医"老班药"在骨伤科有广泛运用,临床使用价值和实用性较高,但研究资料局限,缺少临床疗效报道,有待完善相关研究。

Objective:To analyze the rule and characteristics of"Laoban drugs"of Yao medicine in the treatment of orthopedic diseases.Methods:Collected the literatures of orthopaedics and traumatology published in CNKI in the past 30 years,selected"Laoban drugs"of Yao medicine,and analyzed the regularity and characteristics of prescriptions according to the disease statistics.Results:A total of 122 prescriptions were collected,including 5"Hu"drugs(100%),7"Niu"drugs(77.7%),16"Zuan"drugs(88.8%)and 57"Feng"drugs(79.1%),with a total frequency of 697 times.There are 28 kinds of diseases including sciatica,and 7 diseases including rheumatic diseases have the most prescription and medicine taste.The frequency of the 10 drugs was the highest.Conclusion:"Laoban drugs"of Yao medicine has been widely used in orthopedics and traumatology department with high clinical value and practicability,but the research data is limited and the clinical efficacy report is lacking,so the research needs to be improved.
