摘要
代谢组学采用高通量色谱、质谱、核磁共振等技术定量分析机体受到内外环境扰动引起的内源性小分子代谢物变化水平,整体描述机体病理生理变化规律,揭示机体生命活动本质。利用代谢组学技术进行中医药研究,有助于解决中药成分复杂、有效物质不明、中医药治疗疾病作用机制不清等问题,为中医药现代化研究提供技术支持。对代谢组学在中医体质研究、证候研究、中药复方研究、中药安全性评价等方面的应用进行了论述。
Metabolomics uses high-throughput chromatography,mass spectrometry,nuclear magnetic resonance and other technologies to quantitatively analyze the changes in endogenous small molecule metabolites caused by internal and external environmental disturbances in the body,comprehensively describe the rules of pathophysiological changes in the body,and reveal the nature of life activities of the body.The application of metabonomics technology in the study of traditional Chinese medicine is helpful to solve the problems such as the complex composition of traditional Chinese medicine,the unknown effective substance,and the unclear mechanism of action of traditional Chinese medicine in treating diseases,which provides a technical means for the modernization study of traditional Chinese medicine.This article mainly discusses the application of metabolomics in TCM constitution research,syndrome research,research on compound prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine,and safety evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine.
