肾病患者中成药临床使用情况分析与讨论——基于HIS系统

Analysis and Discussion on Clinical Use of Chinese Patent Medicine in Patients with Nephropathy Based on HIS System

目的:分析中成药在肾病患者中应用的现状与趋势,为中成药临床合理使用提供参考。方法:从信息系统中调取医院肾病科2017-2019年中成药的相关数据,统计中成药的药物名称、种类、数量及销售金额等,计算构成比、用药频度、限定日费用。结果:中成药用药金额占药品总金额的42.15%左右,中成药的人均用药金额逐年上升。中成药单品种销售金额排序稳定,与销售类别的排序相同,主要为理血剂、补益剂、泻下剂。3年内中成药用药频度整体呈上升趋势,排名前3位的药品主要为百令胶囊、海昆肾喜胶囊、五酯软胶囊。结论:医院肾病科2017-2019年中成药使用情况总体良好,基本满足了医院用药需求,但一些用药不合理问题仍需要加强管理。

Objective:To analyze the current situation and trend of the application of Chinese patent medicine in patients with nephropathy,and to provide reference for the clinical rational use of Chinese patent medicine.Methods:Collect relevant data of Chinese patent medicine in department of urology from 2017 to 2019 from the hospital information system.Count the name,category,quantity and sales amount of Chinese patent medicines,and calculate the constituent ratio,defined daily dose system and defined daily expenses.Results:The consumption amount of Chinese patent medicine accounted for about 42.15%of the total amount of drugs.The per capita consumption sum of Chinese patent medicines has increased year by year.The order of sales amount of single Chinese patent medicine is stable,similar to sales category.They are mainly blood regulating agent,tonic agent and purgative agent.Defined daily dose system of Chinese patent medicines showed an overall upward trend in three years.The top three were Bering capsule,Haikun Shenxi Capsule and Wuzhi soft capsule.Conclusion:The use of Chinese patent medicines in the Department of Nephrology of hospital from 2017 to 2019 is generally good,basically meeting the needs of our hospital for medication,but some problems of irrational drug use still need to be further strengthened management.
