川、浙麦冬质量差异研究概况

A Review on the Quality Variation of Ophiopogonis Radix Cultivated in Sichuan and Zhejiang

麦冬为常用中药,主产于四川和浙江两省,分别称之为川麦冬和浙麦冬。从本草记载、种植栽培及产地加工、药材性状及显微特征、分子生药学、化学成分、生物活性等方面对川、浙麦冬的质量差异进行综述,以期为麦冬的进一步研究开发提供参考。

Ophiopogonis Radix(Maidong in Chinese)is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine.It is mainly cultivated in Sichuan and Zhejiang,known as Chuan-Maidong and Zhe-Maidong respectively.This article presents an overview of the quality variation of Chuan-Maidong and Zhe-Maidong from the following aspects:historical and herbalogical studies,cultivation and processing,morphological and microscopic identification,molecular pharmacognosy,chemical constituents and biological activity.This review hopes to provide a scientific basis for further research and development of Ophiopogonis Radix.
