补骨脂为常见溃疡性疾病的常用药。采用文献研究法,通过查阅万方、知网、维普、中国生物医学文献等数据库,梳理了补骨脂在治疗溃疡性疾病的应用概况及含补骨脂配方的相关作用机理。研究发现补骨脂在临床上广泛运用于溃疡性结肠炎、胃溃疡、口腔溃疡、糖尿病足溃疡等多种溃疡性疾病的治疗。含补骨脂配方主要从炎症抑制、免疫调节、促进溃疡面愈合等方面发挥作用。该研究旨在为广大医药工作者对补骨脂在治疗溃疡性疾病方面的使用和研究提供理论依据。

Psoralea corylifolia L.is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine for ulcerative diseases.Literature research method is used to review the application profiles and the related mechanism of action of formulas containing Psoralea corylifolia L.in the treatment of ulcerative diseases by consulting Chinese databases such as Wanfang,CNKI,CQVIP,and Chinese biomedical literature(CBM).Studies have found that Psoralea corylifolia L.is widely used clinically in the treatment of ulcerative colitis,gastric ulcer,oral ulcer,diabetic foot ulcer and other ulcerative diseases.The formula containing Psoralea corylifolia L.mainly plays a role in inflammation suppression,immune regulation,and promotion of healing of ulcerous surface.This study aims to provide a theoretical basis for the use and research of Psoralea corylifolia L.in the treatment of ulcerative diseases to medical workers.
