脾阴虚与银屑病刍议

Discussion on“Deficiency of Spleen Yi”and Psoriasis

银屑病是一种以红斑、鳞屑为主要临床表现的全身性炎性皮肤病。脾阴学说是脾胃学说的一个分支,在指导中医脾病的诊疗过程中发挥着重要作用。基于脾阴学说探讨银屑病的病机及治疗原则,认为脾阴亏损、健运失司、湿浊内生是银屑病不容忽视的病机,临证则以滋脾助运、化浊祛湿为治疗原则,从脾阴的角度为该病的临床干预提供一条新思路。

Psoriasis is a systemic inflammatory skin disease with erythema and scales.The Theory of"Spleen Yin"is a branch of"Spleen and Stomach Theory",which plays an important role in guiding the diagnosis and treatment of spleen disease in Traditional Chinese Medicine.Based on the Theory of"Spleen Yin",the pathogenesis and treatment principle of psoriasis were discussed.It is considered that the pathogenesis of psoriasis is"deficiency of Spleen Yin,loss of health care and division,and endogenesis of dampness and turbidness".The principle of clinical treatment is to nourish the spleen,assist the circulation and remove dampness.From the perspective of"Spleen Yin",a new idea is provided for the clinical intervention of psoriasis.
