论艾灸在防治疫病中的应用

Application of Moxibustion in the Prevention and Treatment of Epidemic Diseases

艾灸是常用的中医外治法,具有温阳散寒、温通气血的作用,可驱邪扶正、抗感染并提高机体免疫力,适用于疫病的防治。艾灸防治疫病已有上千年历史,通过整理古代关于艾灸防治疫戾的史料记载,探讨艾灸抗疫的中医学机制。在此基础上,结合当今艾灸在抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎等传染性疾病中的临床应用,从艾灸的"抗炎-免疫效应""理化效应"等近年来关于艾灸治病机制的现代研究角度分析其科学机制,探索艾灸在防治传染性疾病中的重要意义,为全球蔓延扩散的疫情提供治疗思路,并为应对今后可能出现的类似公共卫生事件提供必要的解决方案。

Moxibustion,as a commonly used external treatment method of traditional Chinese medicine,has the effects of warming the sun and dispelling cold,warming the blood,and can exorcise the evil and help the body to resist infection and improve the body’s immunity.It is suitable for the prevention and treatment of epidemics.Moxibustion has been preventing and treating epidemic diseases for thousands of years.This article discusses the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine for moxibustion and anti-epidemic through collating ancient historical records on moxibustion and prevention of epidemic.On this basis,combined with the current clinical efficacy of moxibustion in combating new coronavirus pneumonia and other infectious diseases,from the"anti-inflammatory-immune effect"and"physicochemical effect"of moxibustion in recent years,the modern moxibustion treatment mechanism The research perspective analyzes its scientific mechanism,explores the importance of moxibustion in the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases,provides treatment ideas for the spread of the global epidemic,and provides necessary solutions to respond to similar public health events that may occur in the future.
