基于数据挖掘分析穴位贴敷治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的选穴与用药规律 被引量:3

摘要 目的:运用数据挖掘技术分析穴位贴敷治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的选穴及用药规律,为其临床治疗提供参考。方法:运用计算机检索建库至2019年12月在中国知网、维普网及万方数据库中穴位贴敷治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床文献,采用数据挖掘技术进行频次分析和聚类分析,分析穴位贴敷治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的选穴和用药规律。结果:共纳入文献47篇,包括43个穴位及79味中药。在穴位选择上,穴位贴敷治疗糖尿病周围神经病变使用频次最高的穴位为足三里穴。用药频数排名前10位的分别为红花、桂枝、黄芪、川芎、当归、细辛、丹参、牛膝、冰片、赤芍。结论:穴位贴敷治疗糖尿病周围神经病变选穴以足三里穴、涌泉穴、三阴交穴为主,可补益气血,通调一身阳气。用药以活血化瘀药为基础,性味多辛温,意在温阳辛散,改善血运。 Objective:To analyze the acupoint selection and medication rules of Acupoint Application in the treatment on diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)by using data mining technology,so as to provide reference for its clinical treatment.Methods:the clinical literature of acupoint application for DPN was searched by computer from building database to December 2019.The frequency analysis and cluster analysis of data were carried out by data mining technology,and the acupoint selection and medication rules of acupoint application for DPN were analyzed.Results:A total of 47 articles were included,including 43 acupoints and 79 traditional Chinese medicines.In acupoint selection,Zusanli is the most frequently used acupoint for DPN treatment.The top 10 drugs were safflower,cinnamon twig,astragalus membranaceus,rhizome of Chuanxiong,angelica,asarum,salvia mil,achyranthes root,borneol,Radix Paeoniae Rubra.Conclusion:The main points of DPN are Zusanli point,Yongquan point and Sanyinjiao point,which can replenish qi and blood and regulate Yang Qi.The medicine is based on the medicine of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.
