摘要
目的:评价清肺排毒汤对呼吸道常见致病菌的体外抗菌活性。方法:以水为溶剂,采用加热回流法制备清肺排毒汤;同时以微量稀释法测定其对金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎克雷伯氏菌、普通变形杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果:清肺排毒汤对金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌的MIC及MBC均为250.0mg/mL,对肺炎克雷伯菌、普通变形杆菌的MIC及MBC均大于500.0mg/mL。结论:清肺排毒汤具有一定的抗菌活性。
Objective:To evaluate the antibacterial activity of Qingfeipaidu decoction against common pathogenic bacteria in respiratory tract in vitro.Methods:Qingfeipaidu decoction was prepared by heating reflux method with water as solvent,and its minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)and minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC)were determined by serial dilution with a standard broth microdilution method.Results:The MIC and MBC of Qingfeipaidu decoction for Staphylococcus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were 250.0 mg/mL,and over 500.0 mg/mL for Klebsiella pneumoniae and Proteus vulgaris.Conclusion:The Qingpeipaidu decoction has certain antibacterial activity in vitro.
