摘要
目的:对黄柏几种炮制品的炮制方法、化学成分和药理作用进行文献考证,了解黄柏具体炮制方法对于黄柏化学成分含量和药理作用的影响,为黄柏的现代运用与炮制方法选取和改进提供参考依据。方法:以"黄柏""盐黄柏""黄柏炭""炮制方法""化学成分""药理作用"等作为关键词,于中国知网、万方网、维普网等数据库检索近年相关文献为依据,进行收集归纳、整理。结果:以现行《中国药典》为标准,仅收载生制品、盐炙、炒炭三种黄柏炮制品,且炮制工艺标准及含量测定标准不全面。而在炮制方法影响下,不同炮制品间化学成分及药理作用具有明显差异。
Objective:To study the processing methods,chemical components and pharmacological effects of several processed products of Cortex Phellodendri,and to explore the relationship between the specific processing methods of Cortex Phellodendri and the contents of chemical components and pharmacological effects,so as to provide reference for modern application and selection and improvement of processing methods of Cortex Phellodendri.Methods:Using"Cortex Phellodendri""salt-processed Cortex Phellodendri""charred Cortex Phellodendri""processing methods""chemical constituents""pharmacological action"as keywords,the related literatures in recent years were retrieved from CNKI,wanfang.com and cqvip.com.Results:According to the current Chinese Pharmacopoeia,only three kinds of processed products of Cortex Phellodendri were collected,including raw products,salt-processed products and charred products.Under the influence of processing methods,the chemical components and pharmacological effects of different processed products were significantly different.
