摘要 城市土地资源日趋紧张,深圳市在“盘活存量土地”的思路下,从2004年开始,已批准纳入城市更新计划项目总用地面积约35 km2。城市更新会导致用地性质和交通出行需求特征发生重大改变,原有交通体系很难适应并促进新型片区形态的发展,交通系统将面临严峻的挑战。因此,根据地区内更新类型开展适应性交通提升规划研究,对促进城市的可持续发展具有重要意义。 Urban land resources are becoming increasingly tight,Under the idea of"activating the stock land",Shenzhen has approved the urban renewal plan project about 35 square kilometers since 2004.Urban renewal will lead to major changes in the nature of land use and the characteristics of traffic demand,the original transportation system is difficult to adapt to and promote the development of new area forms,and the transportation system will face severe challenges.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out adaptive transportation improvement planning research according to the renewal type within the region to promote the sustainable development of the city.
