摘要
随着国民经济持续增长以及消费结构的不断升级,普惠出行的特征更加明显,民航市场需求扩大,对机场陆侧公共交通系统接驳服务提出更高的要求。为提升机场旅客接驳换乘效率、掌握旅客出行时空分布特征,以深圳机场为例,基于机场陆侧交通组织、布局模式、组织方式等现状,分析陆侧公交接驳系统的优化治理需求;借助多源数据融合分析手段,剖析城市轨道发展阶段下服务压力大、机场巴士竞争吸引力不足、夜间设施运力不足、内部标识不够清晰准确等关键问题;最后,结合深圳机场的新时代背景下的机遇,提出发展轨道交通为主和巴士为辅的集约化出行体系、合理分配平台设施资源、建立主次分明的导视系统、建立互联互通的智慧保障体系等政策指导建议。
With the continuous growth of the national economy and the continuous upgrading of the consumption structure,the characteristics of Pratt&Whitney travel are more obvious,and the demand for civil aviation market is expanding,and further requirements are placed on the connection service of the public transportation system on the land side of the airport.In order to improve the transfer efficiency of airport passengers and to grasp the time and space distribution characteristics of passengers,this paper takes Shenzhen Airport as an example to analyze the optimal management needs of landside bus connection system based on the status of airport landside traffic organization,layout mode and organization.With the help of multi-source data fusion analysis,it analyzes the service pressure under the urban rail development stage,the lack of competitive attraction of airport buses,the lack of nighttime facilities capacity,and the lack of clear and accurate internal identification.Finally,combined with the new era background of Shenzhen Airport Under the opportunity,the development of the track-oriented,bus-assisted intensive travel system,the rational allocation of platform facilities resources,the establishment of a clear and guiding system,the establishment of a smart security system and other policy guidance recommendations.
