高校的“非遗”保护实践及其启示——以北京师范大学传统节日仪式“非遗”研讨班为例 被引量:4

Practices and Enlightenment on the Protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage in Colleges and Universities: Taking the Seminar on Intangible Cultural Heritage of Traditional Festival Rituals Held by Beijing Normal University as an Example

摘要 "中国非物质文化遗产传承人群研修研习培训计划"是新时代背景下创新"非遗"传承机制、缓解"非遗"传承后继乏人状况的新举措。文章以北京师范大学成功举办的"文化部、教育部传统节日仪式中青年非遗传承人研讨班"为例,介绍高校利用学术研究和教育培训资源,积极参与"非遗"保护工作的实践经验和理论探索。文章认为,北京师范大学民俗学团队在"团队为本、理论引导、根植社区、创新实践"理念指导下,推行的"多方联动、资源整合、方法融合、长效互动"等一系列做法,是对"非遗"研培模式的创新和分门类建立"非遗"保护与传承体系的尝试,对进一步完善"非遗"保护政策体系具有重要意义,有助于推动节日仪式类"非遗"保护的理论思考。 "The Training Plan of Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritors in China" is a new initiative to innovate the inheritance mechanism and relieve the lack of successors of intangible cultural heritages in the new era. The Seminar for Young and Middle-Aged Inheritors of Intangible Cultural Heritages of Traditional Festival Rituals Co-hosted by the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Education, was successfully held by Beijing Normal University. This paper takes this seminar as an example to introduce the practical experience and theoretical exploration of the colleges and universities that actively participate in the protection of intangible cultural heritages by utilizing academic research and educational training resources. It is believed that, under the guidance of the concept of "team oriented, theory guided, community based, innovative and practical", the folklore research team of Beijing Normal University implemented a series of practices such as "multi-joint action, resource integration, method integration, longterm interaction", which was an attempt to innovate the research and training mode and establish the protection and inheritance system of intangible cultural heritages by category. These measures are of great significance for the improvement of the policies as well as the promotion of theoretical research in the protection of intangible cultural heritages.
